Family Constellations are a method to become aware of, and resolve, a wide range of issues rooted in our family of origin. They help with personal wellbeing, relationships and the process of self-fulfilment.
Through Family Constellations, in person or online, we can become aware of the hardships lived by our ancestors, whose painful memory may to some extent have affected our own lives.
We use a scenic representation that helps us understand the origin of what we are going through and restore order in the family system.
With the Family Constellations method we work to rebuild the family line, becoming aware of traumas (deaths, illness, war, bankruptcy), injustices, exclusions, hardships and family, social and cultural experiences.
How does it work?
