Freelance Yoga Teacher at Aurum Wellbeing Karina has more than 15 years in the practice of Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini). Trained in Kundalini Yoga by Imagine Academy by the hand of Hargobind Singh with whom she participated in trainings in Switzerland and Mallorca as a teacher of Anatomy and Physiology for Yoga. He currently participates in online and face-to-face Yoga Inbound trainings (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtnga and Vinyasa Krama) and in YogaPrem teacher training where he teaches anatomy and Yoga for children and Families. She has combined her experience as a Manual Therapist and Yoga and Anatomy teacher, managing to systematize a particular methodology both for her classes and for her therapies.
