Service Provision Agreement
This agreement establishes the rules for the use of massage vouchers between the client and Rudy Esaú Aguilar Pineda, from now on the service provider.
The client has 1 year to make full use of his massage voucher starting from the date of his first massage
The client agrees to make the reservation online on the website https://aurumwellbeing.com/contact/ by clicking on the reservation button now or, alternatively, through the Treatwell application, selecting the Aurum Wellbeing center without making any payment in said application
In case of cancellation less than 48 hours in advance, the massage will be considered as done. Unless it is for a major cause, accident, etc, with documentary justification.
In case of delay by the client, the time of this delay will be considered consumed.
The service provider reserves the right to cancel the appointment due to force majeure or any indisposition that may occur. Or total cancellation of the bonus if the client repeatedly fails to comply with the aforementioned agreements.
The service provider also reserves the right for a third party, contracted by him, to provide the service. In the case of incompatibility of schedules with the client, indisposition or any other situation that the service provider considers, with prior notice to the client whenever possible.
